Who we are
Sue has worked in financial planning since the nineties. She initially worked in the investment team of a private bank, then joined a local independent Financial Planner to provide technical analysis and financial planning.
Sue’s areas of expertise include pensions, investments and inheritance tax planning. She specialises in working with people who are transitioning into retirement.
Sue enjoys yoga and boxing classes, hiking with friends and spending time with her children.
The important stuff
All regulated financial advisers must be authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and therefore appear on their register. You can find Sue’s entry here.
Furthermore, all advisers must have an up-to-date Statement of Professional Standing (SPS). This shows they are suitably qualified and have carried out the required amount of Continuous Professional Development (CPD). You should be wary of any advisers who refuse to provide copies of their SPS. You can click here to view Sue’s.
Sue in the spotlight
On an ideal weekend you can find me:
"Borrowing a dog and going for a long walk in the sunshine."
My favourite holiday is:
"Visiting my friends in Montenegro: sunshine, swimming in the sea and hiking in the mountains, all in one place."
The three people at my dream dinner party would be:
"Stephen Fry, Bear Grylls and my favourite person."
The first album I bought was:
“Madonna, True Blue.“
I turn the radio up when they play:
"Anything I know the words to, from the Beach Boys to AC/DC or Willie Nelson’s 'Bring me Sunshine'."
The three qualities that draw me to new people are:
"Energy, positivity and sparkle."
The three small things that make my day better are:
"Hearing from an old friend, sunshine and a nice cup of tea."
